Terms & Conditions

  1. Rentals can be done online using this website. If the rentee can successfully enter his desired rental dates, this means that the chosen motorcycle / scooter is available for that period. However, in order to avoid any mistakes or shortcomings we would advise the rentee to call the us, or send a message through social media.

  2. While an online rental can be done without creating a user profile we would suggest the rentee to do so and upload a copy of his passport.

  3. Upon pickup of the motorcycle / scooter, the rentee must show his passport and a valid motorbike drivers license.

  4. A deposit of 2,000 THB per rental and the rental fee must be fully paid in cash or bank transfer upon pick-up of the motorcycle/scooter.

  5. The rentee shall hire the vehicle for him or herself only. Sub-hiring the motorcycle/scooter to any third party is prohibited and will result in non-refund of the deposit.

  6. The rentee commits to take good care of the rented motorbike / scooter.

  7. The rentee must return the motorcycle / scooter on the booked return date and time. A fee of 50 THB per hour will be charged for delays up to 3 hours and the fee for a one-day rental for delays over 3 hours.

  8. The motorbike / scooter must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental.

  9. To avoid being responsible for any possible damage, we advise the rentee to get an insurance policy. In the event of damage, the rentee must pay for the same. In case of a total damage the lessee needs to pay the price of replacement by a new motorcycle/scooter.
